Yes. You request a quote through the form, we call you within one working day and visit for free when needed. The quote is non-binding and valid for 60 days.

Roughly what does a renovation in Antwerp cost?

A bathroom renovation starts around € 9,500 and a full renovation around € 850 per m². The final price depends on the state of the house, the technical work and your material choices. Every item is listed separately in the quote so you can shift budget.

Do you work with deposits?

For larger projects we ask a deposit at the start and then invoice according to progress. You never pay in advance for work that has not been carried out.

Does the reduced 6% VAT rate apply to my home?

For private homes in use for at least ten years, renovation work often qualifies for 6% VAT instead of 21%. We check this with you and state the rate explicitly on the quote.

How soon can you start?

For smaller jobs usually within four to six weeks. Full renovations are planned a few months ahead. With the quote you receive a realistic start date, not a provisional promise.

Can I stay in the house during the works?

For interior renovations and bathrooms usually yes. We install dust screens, protect floors and tidy daily. During a full renovation moving out temporarily is nearly always wiser.

Who is my contact person?

You get one site manager who follows the entire project, coordinates all subcontractors and sends you a short weekly update with photos.

Do I need a planning permit?

Extensions, facade changes and much roofing work in Antwerp require a planning permit or notification. We tell you upfront which route applies and work with architects who prepare the file. Rules change, so we always verify the current conditions for your application.

What guarantee do I get?

Our work carries the statutory ten-year liability for structural elements and two years for minor defects. We are insured for civil liability and ten-year liability.

Can I get grants for insulation or renovation?

Accepted Answer

In Flanders grants exist through Mijn VerbouwPremie for roof insulation, windows and heating among others. Conditions and amounts change annually. We provide the invoices and certificates you need, but the application itself is done by you or your energy adviser.
